How Does It Work?
STEP 1
Designate ME as your SAP Counselor
STEP 2
I schedule you for an evaluation
STEP 3
Meet me online or in person. I am a seasoned SAP evaluator that offers empathy and professionalism, ensuring a judgment-free experience..
STEP 4
Evaluation: You and I discuss your history with substances and a treatment plan is created for you. The treatment plan can consist of educational courses, support groups, counseling, IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program), PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), or a full service rehab.
STEP 5
A Personalized SAP Program: I recommend treatment or education based on your unique needs, from drug education programs to intensive treatments.
STEP 6
Return to Duty Clearance and Follow Up: Once you are done completing the SAP treatment plan and you have paid for the SAP services in full, you will do a follow-up with me and get cleared for the 7th step to take your Return to Duty Drug Test. I then prepare the SAP Report which contains the randomized drug testing schedule I created just for you. This gets sent out to your future or existing employer or a CTPA (Consortium or Third Party Administrator, more info on CTPA’s in the next step.)
STEP 7
Return To Duty Test: You can either take this drug test with your existing or future employer, or you can get your test done through a CTPA. (This is an organization that typically helps the owner/operators manage their randomized drug testing, as they cannot take their own drug tests.)
